Yes, we do offer Cash On Delivery across multiple cities within India.

Sizing & Care

All our shoes run true to standard European sizes and come in medium width. We recommend you select the shoe size based on the length of your foot.

Your juttis will also slightly stretch with wear and conform to the shape of your feet.

Juttis don’t do well in the rain so we recommend you avoid stepping in wet areas. You can keep them in good shape longer by keeping them dry.

To keep your juttis shiny and bright for a long time store them in the dust bag provided with the box.

If the juttis are exposed to water or moisture, dry them out completely before storing them back.

Although the embellished juttis have been embroidered securely using the age old Indian embroidery techniques, they must be handled with care and delicacy. Please avoid contact with hard and abrasive surfaces.

Though we take every precaution in securing delicate beads, sequins and other embellishments onto our products, they might come loose or fall off if rubbed against or thrown around. A little pouch of extra adornments is sent with all embellished juttis that require them.

Printed juttis can be cleaned with a damp cloth and a mild cleanser but it is best to get your embellished juttis dry cleaned.

Shipping & Returns

We do our best to process and ship your order within 2-3 business days. During holidays, this can be slightly extended. If you placed your order during the weekend or on a holiday, we'll start processing your order on the following business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships out.

Yes, we do! We offer expressing shipping within India at a minimal extra cost. Orders are delivered in 2-3 business days.

Please refer to your shipping confirmation email to track your package. If you did not receive a confirmation email with the tracking number within 2-3 days of placing your order, please contact us so we can help you track your order.

We do not provide refund on any order.

Of course! If you don’t love your juttis or need a different size, you can exchange them within 30 days of purchase as long as they are in new, unworn condition, free of damages and in the original packaging.

We do not cover the cost of return shipping but you can send your return back to us with whichever carrier you like.

Please obtain proof of postage and a tracking number with whichever carrier you choose so you can follow along with the return and we can confirm that it has been delivered.

We do! We ship worldwide to over 200 countries. 

We do our best to offer you a range of affordable, efficient, and fast options to receive your Pastels and Pop juttis outside of the India.

Shipping costs will be available at checkout and are calculated based on your location and weight of order. Please refer to our International Orders page for details on shipping prices to your country.

Orders

You can enter your promo code at checkout. Enter the code exactly how it appears & apply - voila! 

Unfortunately, we are not able to guarantee order cancellations or changes once an order is placed. Please email us at info@pastelsandpop with your order number if you need to make a change or cancel your order and we will do our best to help you out!

Custom order cannot be  cancelled once it is placed. If you have made an error while placing your custom order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
